Your accommodation is available from 14:00 on the day of arrival. On the day of departure we ask you to leave the accommodation by 10:00 am.

For binding bookings, we request a deposit of the total price no later than 30 days before arrival!

Depending on availability, you can book a double room for single use.
Single room supplement: € 10,- per night

Dogs on request (additional charge). Please understand that your four-legged companions are not permitted in the breakfast room. In addition, we require that dogs not be left alone in the room for extended periods of time.

The following discounts apply for children sharing an extra bed in their parents' room (2 full-paying adults):

- up to 3 years: free
- from 4 to 10 years of age: 50% reduction
- from the age of 11: 20% reduction

- for 1 night: + € 5,-
- for 2 nights: + € 3,-

If possible, we will be happy to reserve your favorite room for you. However, we ask for your understanding that we cannot make any binding commitments regarding room requests.

Unfortunately, it happens time and again that a vacation cannot be taken as planned for unforeseen reasons. In this case, we recommend taking out European Travel Insurance. 

Apart from a short break in the fall from beginning/mid-October to the beginning/mid of December, we are open all year round. As we are there for you from December to mid-October, the Klausnerhof is perfect for a vacation in the Zillertal in all 4 seasons! 

2025 off-season: October 1 to December 12, 2025

- up to 30 days before arrival: free of charge
- 30 days to 2 weeks before arrival: 50% of the total price according to reservation confirmation
- from 2 weeks before arrival, as well as in case of no-show and early departure: 100% (costs according to reservation confirmation)

Please note that these cancellation conditions also apply in the event of illness. In case of doubt, we recommend taking out European travel insurance!
